The LAM Foundation is committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality on our Website. We do not collect personally identifiable information from a visitor unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. DONATION INFORMATION

We maintain records of all contributions to The LAM Foundation. Contributions cannot be made online. A printable/faxable form is provided online for our donor’s convenience. Personal information received by the Foundation is private and confidential. Additionally, all information is stored in a secure location accessible only by authorized staff. The LAM Foundation may contact you with further communications, such as annual solicitation requests, newsletter, etc. You may choose to opt out of any contact from The LAM Foundation by:

In the case of memorial contributions and honor contributions, a personalized gift card is sent to the designated recipient, usually the honoree or family member of the deceased. This card states that a gift was given in ‘memory/honor of’, but does not disclose the amount of the gift or any personal information about the donor beyond the name. If you supply the name, address, city, state and zip code of your designated recipient, this information will be used for the sole purpose of mailing the gift card.

The LAM Foundation goes to great lengths to protect the confidentiality and integrity of any personal information you share with us. The Foundation treats personal data such as credit card numbers as critical assets that must be guarded at all times against loss and unauthorized access.
